  • How to join

    Print and deliver the mutual aid agreement to appropriate attorneys, board members and/or government leaders for approval. Include supporting documents from below to help describe the purpose and function of WYOWARN.

    Wyoming Mutual Aid and Assistance Agreement

    The mutual aid agreement has already been approved by participating utilities and the Wyoming Attorney General. We will not change the agreement except through the process outlined in Section XVI of the agreement.
